Cloud: Arc53 operates a multi-tenant service and the LLM runs at a cloud provider. Managed: Arc53 operates a dedicated instance in your chosen region; the LLM runs at a cloud provider, on a local engine on the instance, or with your own key (BYOM). On-premises: you operate DocsGPT inside your network; the LLM runs locally, or (hybrid) prompts cross the boundary to a cloud provider you choose. Air-gapped: zero external network; LLM, embeddings, vector store and storage all run inside your perimeter.

Isolation and data handling

A Managed deployment is a single-tenant instance: its own database, its own object storage, its own domain. Nothing is shared with another organisation. Your data is isolated to your instance and is not used to train models.

The region is chosen at provisioning: Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa or Asia. Models run at a cloud provider through Arc53, on a local engine on the instance, or under your own provider key (BYOM) registered in the model registry.

Pricing structure

A flat monthly fee for the instance, from $2,000/month, with a usage allowance included. No per-seat licence.

Managed is priced as one flat monthly fee, from $2,000/month: it covers the dedicated server, operation, backups, support and an allowance of model usage.

The full four-posture table is on the pricing page. Usage beyond the included allowance is agreed per contract.

Who it fits

Firms of 50–2,000 staff with internal or client-confidential data, an identity provider already in place, and no platform team to run another system. Consultancies, advisory and professional-services firms are the usual fit — see Professional Services.

When data-residency policy requires the customer's own infrastructure, the right posture is On-premises. When the data is internal and the team wants to start today, Cloud is enough.

Frequently asked questions

What is a dedicated AI instance?

A separate installation of the platform on its own server, used by one organisation only, with its own database, storage and domain. Arc53 operates it; the customer uses it.

Does a managed instance support single sign-on?

Yes. OIDC single sign-on with providers such as Okta, Entra ID and Keycloak, and SCIM 2.0 provisioning, are configured during setup.

Which regions are available?

Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The region is chosen at provisioning and the instance stays there.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Sources, agents and conversations can be exported in open formats and the instance deleted on request.
