  • The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
  • AI responses are for informational purposes only
  • Consult qualified professionals for expert advice

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCSGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCSGPT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
